The plot owner can plan and start construction once the plot is registered in his/her favor. A dozen houses construction is in progress.

Primarily there are few user-friendly norms to be followed. There is a 2 tire approval formality. 1. The in-house, the head of constructions will give the initial approval and 2, the Government body. The plot owner needs to study the ‘rules for construction’ and then design the house. There are charges applicable for the approval from the Government. The option of getting the house built by the Company also exists.
For the first couple of years the plot owner pays and amount of Rs.15,000/- for maintenance of the amenities. Thereafter the Eagleburg Enclave Property Owners Welfare Association (Regd) will maintain the layout and the amenities. The annual maintenance charge will be decided after 2 years by the Association.
